1. Content Creator and Social Media Coordinator
Job Brief:
We are seeking a talented social media coordinator to create and maintain a strong online presence for our company and clients. Your role is to implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts. If you are a tech-savvy professional with an interest in communicating with clients and customers through online channels, we would like to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
• Digital campaigns design and management
• Creating engaging text, image and video content
• Identifying, recruiting, and managing online influencers database and relationships

What will you do?
As a social media coordinator, you will develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote our brand and those of our clients. Ultimately, you should be able to increase web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
• Research audience preferences and discover current trends.
• Create engaging text, image, and video content.
• Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create a buzz around new products.
• Stay up-to-date with changes on all social platforms, ensuring maximum effectiveness.

• Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries.

Requirements and skills
• Proven work experience as a social media coordinator
• Expertise in multiple social media platforms

• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
• Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively

• Understanding and the use of Adobe Creative Suite (Video and Editing Software is an added advantage)

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communication, New Media, or relevant field.

2. Operations and Business Development Specialist
We are looking for an Operations and Business Development Specialist. As an Operations and Business
Development Specialist, you will design and sell personalized, tailor-made business solutions to clients,
providing support and managing relationships. You will handle the total sales and service cycle of a client’s
journey, being their single point of contact throughout the process. This is a varied, challenging, and
rewarding role in working in a fast-paced business environment.
You are also responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet the agreed company
objectives. To evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data, implement marketing
plan alterations as needed, and oversee all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
Responsibilities
• Gaining a strong commercial awareness of the local and international business sector and developing products and services to cater for the Tanzania market
• Follow up on incoming and existing enquiries and contact clients, primarily over the phone, to have detailed conversations to establish their preferences and build a relationship.
• Prepare detailed, accurate and high-quality plans, reflecting the client’s interests.
• Act as the single point of contact for your clients from the moment they enquire up until they return from their travels
• Identifying new clients using a variety of business development channels
• Participating in promotional events and activities to increase the exposure of the company.
• Using social media to promote offers, generate customer engagement and sales leads
• Your key responsibilities will be to convert sales inquiries into business deals whilst maintaining a high level of customer service. As well as working with incoming calls, you’ll be following up on questions and chat, making outbound and scheduled calls.

• You will create relationships with trade partners, ensuring a consistent level of service, regardless of where the inquiry came from. You will work towards monthly sales revenue targets, as well as other agreed KPIs.
• Maximise customer inquiries through using direct contracts/working with preferred partners to provide fantastic service to clients to turn inquiries into profitable sales.
• Plan, brief, and oversee implementation of marketing activity across a wide range of marketing channels and a variety of media partners
• Production and development of weekly marketing reports and one-off analysis and reporting of marketing channels to drive future strategy.
• Analysing visit and booking data by marketing channel (including search engines, comparison sites, advertising networks etc.) to establish insights, trends, faults and opportunities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Development or Marketing, or similar.
• Previous experience as a Business Development Specialist in a related industry.
• Knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion.
• Experience in identifying profitable business opportunities and potential clients.
• Exceptional ability to analyze market trends and competitor behaviour
• Ability to maintain strong client relationships and establish industry partnerships.
• Competency in negotiating and closing business deals.
• Ability to advise on possible joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

3. Junior Multimedia Designer
We are seeking a talented multimedia designer to join our graphic design team. As a multimedia designer, you will be working closely with our in-house producers, designers, photographers, and external partners to design and produce high-end visual, textual, and animated content.
To ensure success, you should have a background in digital design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate on projects. Ultimately, a top-notch multimedia designer is someone whose visual design skills translate into high-quality animated content that engages viewers, customers, and clients.
Responsibilities
• Meeting with stakeholders to determine the project scope.
• Conducting research on media techniques and design ideas.
• Developing multimedia content ideas in collaboration with graphic designers, visual designers, videographers and photographers.
• Designing and producing attractive multimedia content according to client’s specifications and a range of channel formats.
• Creating digital images, video animation, and textual animations.

• Creating animated sequences using computer animation software.
• Recording, editing, and encoding audio files.
• Performing media edits based on user feedback
• Any other relevant responsibilities assigned by the management
Requirements and Skills
• Knowledge in graphic design, digital design, film, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• A complete portfolio of multimedia design content showcasing your skills and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of software design programs such as InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch.
• Ability to collaborate on long-term projects.
• Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, and animation.
• Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of web publishing software.
• Self-motivated, self-aware, and self-driven who can deliver with minimum supervision.
