Purpose of role:
The applicant is required to provide technical services in the management, operations and maintenance of the computer centre hardware, software, systems, and related infrastructure of the organization.

Job Description
Day to day responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and manage company’s IT infrastructure, including servers,
networks, storage, and virtual environment.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise, ensuring
minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Collaborate with vendors and other IT staff to identify infrastructure needs and
propose innovative solutions to enhance operations.
• Conduct regular system assessments and security audits to ensure compliance with
industry standards and data protection protocols.
• Ensure enterprise scalability and performance for Servers, storage and backup
environments through proactive capacity planning, performance control and
configuration adjustment.
• Being responsible in identifying and recommending appropriate changes to
infrastructure to improve reliability, performance, capacity, availability, and security.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and technological advancements to provide
cutting-edge solutions and drive continuous improvement.
