Job Description
The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in leveraging data to drive business insights and improve decision-making processes. This role involves developing and implementing credit scoring models, utilizing AI and machine learning techniques to enhance credit risk assessment and prediction. Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify trends.
- Develop and generate reports to support business decisions and strategies.

- Develop and implement credit scoring models to assess and predict credit risk.
- Utilize AI and machine learning techniques to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of credit scoring models.
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance of credit scoring models.
- Apply machine learning algorithms to develop predictive models and enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to integrate AI and machine learning solutions into existing systems and processes.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and apply relevant techniques to business challenges.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security.
- Implement data quality control measures and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and availability.
- Work closely with credit, risk management, and other teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.

Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the financial services or fintech industry.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
- Experience with AI and machine learning techniques and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn).
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing credit scoring models.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
