About the Role:

We are seeking two (2) dedicated Weighbridge Attendants for full-time, on-site positions.
In this role, you will be crucial in accurately recording and weighing incoming and outgoing trucks and materials. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies, maintaining precise records, and effectively communicating with drivers and team members. This position is key to our operations, ensuring that all measurements and documentation are meticulously managed.
Job Responsibilities:
Generating accurate weighbridge reports.
Measuring and recording the weight of all trucks.
Reconciling weighbridge reports to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Issuing receipts to clients at the sales weighbridge.
Facilitating regular communication between the mine site and sales point weighbridges.
Producing daily sales reports.
Ensuring the precision of all information provided.
Key Requirements:
Possession of a Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field.
Prior experience as a Weighbridge Attendant or in a comparable position.
Keen attention to detail with a strong capability for precise measurements.
Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
Ability to work independently and adhere to instructions.
Proficiency in basic computer skills.
