Minimum Educational qualification: Minimum of First Degree in Logistics and Supply chain management, Warehousing, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
Minimum Relevant work experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Warehouse Supervisor, Distribution Operations or other Logistics related roles.

Nestlé Ghana is currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to plan and organize the receipt, stocking and dispatch of raw/packing materials, and finished products. As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervision and performance management of a team of warehouse associates, while maintaining operation with established standards for safety, quality, efficiency and productivity.
A day in a Life……
Lead warehouse team members- overseeing receiving, storage and shipping functions in support of plant production operations.
Place a high emphasis on safety, quality, customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, productivity, operating efficiency, inventory accuracy, housekeeping, and continuous improvement within warehouse operations.
Manage accuracy in loading and receiving through leading and coaching associates, collaborating with a team of supervisors.
Seek out opportunities for continuous improvement in warehouse operations.
Co-ordinate with Transporters for the delivery of stocks and dispatch of finished products
Ensures regular system checks such that physical stock situation corresponds with that of operating system (SAP)
Participate in shift handover meetings and logistics daily operations reviews. Coach associates in problem solving and root cause analysis, fostering continuous improvement.
Ensure proper use of Extended Warehouse Management by associates to lead team in a safe and efficient manner, maximizing storage and labor efficiencies.
Schedules, manages stock taking and maintain inventory accuracy at 100% all times.
Supervise the daily conduction of System Health Check and its analysis.

What Will Make You Successful?
Planning and stock management skills.
Leadership skills.
Knowledge in SAP, Microsoft, excel, word, and Power point.
Should have strong knowledge about different areas of Supply Chain & other concerned departments e.g., Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Sales, Demand and Supply Planning etc.
Commitment to strong work ethic, integrity, and honesty
Ability to understand complex situations and be able to make quick decisions.
Knowledgeable about “The Nestle Management & Leadership Principles” and ready to apply them.
Be able to analyze the performance of a group and improve it by motivating them.
