Invitation For Tender For The Year 2024/2025

Mwananchi Communication Limited is looking for competent eligible suppliers who can supply goods, works and services for the period of 2024/2025. Competent tenderers are invited to submit their proposal. Each lot is independent but tenderers are allowed to quote more than one lot as shown in the table below.

MCL/T/01/11/2024 Provision of internet service
MCL/T/02/11/2024 AC Maintenance and Repair
MCL/T/03/11/2024 Provision of Security Guards
MCL/T/04/11/2024 Provision of legal services
MCL/T/05/11/2024 Hire of Photocopy Machines

Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tendering documents at the office of Secretary, Tender Committee, P.O.BOX 19754, Mandela Road Plot No 34/35 Dar es salaam from 09.00AM to 04.30PM from Monday to Friday inclusive except on Public holidays.

A complete set of Tendering Documents in English will be available for collection by the Tenderers at a rate of Tshs 50,000/= (Fifty thousand only) non – refundable. Payment should either be by Banker Cheque or Cash deposit payable to Mwananchi Communications Limited through CRDB Bank Account Number: 01J1005505400. Tender document will be issued upon submission of proof of payment or receipt.

All tenders should be in two documents one original and one copy properly sealed in one envelope and addressed to

Deadline for submission is Tuesday 14th June 2024, on or before 2.00PM.

All tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in the presence of Tenderer’s representatives who choose to attend in the tender opening ceremony at the Company’s Board Room at Tabata Relini,

Late tenders, portion of tenders not received, tenders not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances,
The tenderers are invited for a site visit at their own costs.
