Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and software systems.
• Monitor system performance to ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various platforms and applications.
• Implement security measures to protect the integrity and confidentiality of data.
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard against data loss.
• Collaborate with IT colleagues and external vendors to implement new technologies and upgrades.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of server operating systems, such as Windows Server and Linux.
• Experience with ERPNext open-source.
• Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols.
• Strong understanding of security best practices and familiarity with firewall configurations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in relevant technologies.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of scripting languages, such as PowerShell or Bash.
• Understanding of database administration principles and SQL query language.
