Position: Senior Marketing Operations Manager

Reporting to: Head of Marketing

The successful candidate will be required to devise and develop an effective communication, and marketing plan/strategy to acquire and retain new subscribers across our DStv product portfolios as well as our Content Channels and Value-Added brands and services.

Key Performance Measures

  • Drive new/new sales and reconnects and active days within the existing customer base
  • Drive consideration among non-Pay TV and competitors’ customers
  • Convert customer demand across various channels and touchpoints
  • Improve and continuously develop best practices in media strategy based on learnings and market nuances
  • Set the marketing agenda on priorities and key quarterly campaigns
  • Develop & nurture 3rd party relationships
  • Forecasting and Budgeting
  • Deliver Content Discovery and communications Plans
  • Overseeing all marketing operational delivery processes from brief to delivery
  • Brand Health Scores and a positive perception of our brands, products and affordability in-market

Qualification:

· Degree in Marketing

Experience

· 5 – 8 years’ experience in managerial level within the marketing field

· Media planning experience a must

· Sales and trade marketing experience
