Job Description

Industry: TELECOMMUNICATION

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  2. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team members’ product knowledge and sales techniques.
  3. Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, share updates, and address any challenges.
  4. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  6. Assist in creating promotional offers and campaigns to drive smartphone sales.
  7. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality service standards.
  8. Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  10. Oversee the daily operations of the sales floor, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales reporting.
  11. Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.
  12. Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management on sales performance and market conditions.
  13. Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing feedback and recommendations to improve results.
  14. Conduct regular performance reviews with sales team members, setting clear goals and expectations.
  15. Implement corrective actions as needed to address performance issues.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 2 – 4 years’ experience in a supervisory role within the telecommunications or retail industry, with a focus on smartphone sales.
  3. Strong understanding of the smartphone market, including product features, pricing, and competition.
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
  7. Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.
