Responsibilities:
- Supervise, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team members’ product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, share updates, and address any challenges.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Assist in creating promotional offers and campaigns to drive smartphone sales.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality service standards.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Oversee the daily operations of the sales floor, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales reporting.
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management on sales performance and market conditions.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing feedback and recommendations to improve results.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with sales team members, setting clear goals and expectations.
- Implement corrective actions as needed to address performance issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 – 4 years’ experience in a supervisory role within the telecommunications or retail industry, with a focus on smartphone sales.
- Strong understanding of the smartphone market, including product features, pricing, and competition.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.
