Team Description
GIS Sales Management – based in Dar Es Salaam
Description of the mission
Within the Sales Department and in charge of the Togo/Benin Zone, your role will consist of promoting the GIS (Grid & Infrastructure Solutions) offer.
Missions :
o Ensure commercial prospecting, preparation of offers, negotiation of contracts and monitoring of relationships with customers in the energy, Telecoms and water sectors
o Report information to Product Managers concerning customer needs and the positioning of our offers, to adapt the product policy if necessary.
o Be the interface for the engineering teams responsible for developing technical solutions.
o Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure debt recovery.
Required profile :
With a higher education such as Engineering, Commerce or Legal, you have at least 10 years’ experience in a commercial function, mainly Large Accounts.
You have good knowledge of the energy, telecommunications and water sectors.
Your level of English is essential to occupy this position which requires 30 to 50% presence with clients.
