RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE SALES CONSULTANT
Location: Zanzibar
With the following qualifications:
– Bachelor degree
– Good command of English language
– Good computer skills
– Excellent presentation skills
– Enthusiastic, proactive and fast learner
– Able to achieve sales targets
– Previous Experience of 2 years is a must
COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE SALES CONSULTANT
Location: Zanzibar
With the following qualifications:
– Bachelor degree
– Good command of English language
– Good computer skills
– Excellent presentation skills
– Enthusiastic, proactive and fast learner
– Able to achieve sales targets
– Previous Experience of 2 years is a must in Commercial Real Estate
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Represent sellers and buyers in real estate transactions
• Coordinate with third party entities
•-Communicate with leads through in-person meetings, phone calls, digital media, open houses and more
• Foster client relationships
• Negotiate purchase agreements, manage client issues
• Perform strategic prospecting methods to find new clients who are interested in selling or buying real estate
