Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant/Receptionist to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the recruitment process and will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and candidates.
Responsibilities
Main Duties:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings on various platforms and managing applications.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with candidates and interviewers.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires, including document collection and orientation scheduling.
- Actively participate in lead generation activities for recruitment services.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Assist with sales presentations and promotional materials.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and inform the sales team.
Receptionist Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors, candidates, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the company and its services.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications
- At least three years of verifiable experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a recruitment or HR setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
