Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant/Receptionist to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the recruitment process and will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and candidates.

Responsibilities

Main Duties:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings on various platforms and managing applications.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with candidates and interviewers.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist with onboarding processes for new hires, including document collection and orientation scheduling.
  • Actively participate in lead generation activities for recruitment services.
  • Follow up with potential clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Assist with sales presentations and promotional materials.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and inform the sales team.

Receptionist Duties:

  • Greet and assist visitors, candidates, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information about the company and its services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Qualifications

  • At least three years of verifiable experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a recruitment or HR setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
