Purchasing Assistant
Duty & responsibility
- Assist in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers
- Maintain supplier records and manage communications
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Track order status and follow up on outstanding orders
- Maintain and update procurement databases and records
- Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and analyses
Requirement
- Bachelor degree or above, supply chain management, procurement and other related majors are preferred
- Driver’s license preferred
- Proficient in using office software (such as Excel, Word, etc.)
- Have certain data analysis capabilities and be able to process procurement data and reports
- Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and patient, and have teamwork spirit
- Have strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
