  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in agriculture operations.

  • Willing to work in remote areas of Pwani, Singida or Dodoma
  • Experience working at site on construction projects is required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and attends weekly production meetings and project kick off meetings.
  • Monitoring project performance to identify areas of improvement.
  • Ensure project execution.
  • Responsible for liaising with vendors, consultants and third parties
  • Support the CEO and management by coordinating meetings and traveling arrangements.
  • Work closely with the management or subordinate to resolve workers problems or grievances.
  • Coordinate field and office operations by act as a focal point of communication.
  • Responsible for preparing and presenting reports as requested in timely manner.
  • Provides administrative support to the team.
  • Takes minutes and distributes minutes and updates milestone reports.
  • Supports set up of field offices providing proper compliance postings and safety.
  • Assist with other task as assigned.
