- Bachelor degree in business administration or any other related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in agriculture operations.

- Willing to work in remote areas of Pwani, Singida or Dodoma
- Experience working at site on construction projects is required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and attends weekly production meetings and project kick off meetings.
- Monitoring project performance to identify areas of improvement.
- Ensure project execution.
- Responsible for liaising with vendors, consultants and third parties
- Support the CEO and management by coordinating meetings and traveling arrangements.
- Work closely with the management or subordinate to resolve workers problems or grievances.
- Coordinate field and office operations by act as a focal point of communication.
- Responsible for preparing and presenting reports as requested in timely manner.
- Provides administrative support to the team.
- Takes minutes and distributes minutes and updates milestone reports.
- Supports set up of field offices providing proper compliance postings and safety.
- Assist with other task as assigned.
