Open Position-Operations Manager
Role Description.
This is a full-time role for an Operations Manager at Tiffany Diamond Hotels, located in Dar es-Salaam. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the hotel, coordinating with different departments to provide excellent customer service, supervising staff, and managing budgets to optimize profitability. The Operations Manager will also create and implement policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and the safety and well-being of employees and guests.
Qualification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar operational role in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of hotel operations, human resources, financial reporting, and customer service principles
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to details
- Proficient in computer software programs such as Microsoft Office and hotel management software
- at least 7 years experience working in Hospitality Industry
- Fluent in English
