Specific Knowledge
Minimum of (6) six years of hands-on experience in the cement industry, showcasing a robust comprehension of maintenance practices and effective leadership skills.

Main Duties
1. Supervise routine/shut down inspection of plant equipment and inspection report as per MIP requirement.
2. Responsible for decision based on given quality requirement and customer satisfaction.
3. Monitor and follow up equipment operating condition, follow up of all critical equipment.
4. Initiate AFE justification for Plant Projects
5. Follow up online condition monitoring Program (Machine Century & Dalog) and their action plan as per requirement.
6. Work with EAM system to ensure detailed input of item as required.
7. Follow up repairs from inspection results to ensure that the reported problem is fixed.
8. Analysing equipment failure data to identify patterns and trends and prepare, conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis Weekly, and follow up of Preventive action list proposed.
9. Collaborating with other departments to ensure that reliability is integrated into all aspects of the organization.
10. Initiate, Prepare & keeping inspection reports for future uses.
11. Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Minimum Requirements (Qualifications)
1. Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field,ERB registration is an added advantage.
2. Proficiency in utilizing computing tools including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
3. Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
