Position Summary
Beem is searching for a Marketing Coordinator to take charge of coordinating and executing various marketing initiatives. This role entails working closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, creative thinking abilities, and a passion for generating high-quality content.
Reporting to the head of marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of marketing projects and activities. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements
WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAILY BASIS:
- Planning and Coordination: Coordinate schedules, timelines, and resources to ensure smooth execution of tasks, projects, or events. This may involve creating project plans, setting deadlines, and allocating resources effectively.
- Communication and Liaison: Serve as a point of contact between different stakeholders, teams, or departments, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on objectives, priorities, and progress.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records, documentation, and files related to projects, tasks, or activities. This includes keeping track of important information, updates, and decisions.
- Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify and address any issues, obstacles, or challenges that arise during the course of projects or activities. This may involve troubleshooting problems, resolving conflicts, and making decisions to keep projects on track.
- Support and Assistance: Provide support and assistance to team members, colleagues, or participants involved in projects or activities. This may include offering guidance, answering questions, and providing resources or information as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and requirements by conducting reviews, inspections, or evaluations as necessary. This may involve checking for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with specifications.
- Reporting and Feedback: Provide regular updates, progress reports, and feedback to relevant stakeholders on the status of projects or activities. This includes communicating milestones, achievements, and any deviations from the plan.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, or best practices within the scope of coordination responsibilities. This may involve suggesting changes, implementing new procedures, or seeking feedback for improvement.
- Training and Onboarding: Assist with the training and onboarding of new team members or participants involved in projects or activities. This includes sharing relevant information, providing guidance, and facilitating integration into the team or process.
- Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to the coordination role. This includes following established protocols, standards, and regulations to maintain consistency and accountability.
- Identify operational and strategic gaps in the marketing efforts and develop + execute plans and duties to bridge the gap.
- Negotiation: Engage various marketing stakeholders and suppliers where necessary and negotiate costs, contracts and pricing.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Being an excellent communicator and coordinator
- Ability to manage tasks and stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to prioritize and manage time
- Are able to work independently and proactively communicate internally and externally with respective stakeholders.
- Are a multi-tasker with the ability to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment. Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and dedication to the Beem mission.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues in various teams.
- Have experience in working in the fast-paced and modern marketing sector with an understanding of the key fundamentals of modern marketing.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in the marketing field would be preferred, but not required. Your portfolio/projects/experience is as important, if not more, as academic qualifications

- Background in Project Management with Risk Analysis and Management Reporting
- An in depth understanding of digital marketing concepts, especially inbound and outbound marketing
