ABOUT THE JOB 

• You will create and deliver a high class, enriching age-appropriate programme for children aged 3-12 which focuses on the individual interests of the children
• Lead a local team in a high quality, safe environment by coaching, guiding, and managing team performance in addition to celebrating success using weekly guest feedback.  
• You also ensure that health and safety standards are always maintained to the highest quality, as set out in the childcare handbook. 
• And finally, you will support your colleagues by answering parents/guardians’ questions and solving problems at a top-class level.

ABOUT YOU 

• This role requires you have a recognised childcare qualification/education. 
• You are able to confidently communicate in English – other languages are advantageous but not mandatory.
• You genuinely love and have experience working with children.
• You are a great team player with experience in supporting or supervising colleagues. 
• Flexible operational readiness and fulfilment of our customers’ expectations is a matter of course for you.
• Confident and professional communicating with international colleagues, children & parents/guardians.
• Willing to commit and learn the demands of the job.
