In the context of this collaboration, we are looking for a developer willing to participate in the ongoing creation and implementation of tools for the iMartGroup platform, which implements the applications that interconnect our users to access the relevant information they need to make sound financial decisions.

JOB TITLE: Human Resource Manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As the Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions, including recruitments, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless activity for all employees are implemented.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruitment, Training and development: Managing training and development of the employees to improve the effectiveness of organizations and the individuals and teams within them. Handle the overall recruitment process of identifying, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates for jobs within an organization.
· Maintaining employee records and Employee relations: Keeping track of employee documentation to provide accurate, valid, and complete information of the employee. Maintain the strong relations to employees which can improve morale, reduce turnover, and enhance the overall quality of the work environment.
- HR planning and Compliance: Maintain HR planning and its Strategy in the ever-evolving landscape of business that guides organizations towards their goals. Maintain and ensure the compliance of the organization adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies of the company.
· Maintaining employee records and Employee relations: implement and keep track of employee documentation. Implement strong employee relations which can improve morale, reduce turnover, and enhance the overall quality of the work environment.
· Recruitment, selection and Business administration: Be the champion and oversee the overall process of identifying, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates for jobs within an organization. Implement the process which involved in choosing people. Administer all aspects of overseeing and supervising the business operations of an organization.·
· Industrial relations: Implement, establish and maintain open communication lines between management and employees.·
· Career planning and Develop benefits programs: Implement employee development programs and organizational success. Have a systematic approach to help employees navigate to a higher level of professionalism.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business administration or in any related field.
- A minimum of at least 2 years of experience.
- Deep understanding on Human Resource process and procedures and experience working on a complex environment
- Be able to use multiple systems.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
- Experience in handling HRMS
