Job Title: Head of IT
Experience: At least 3 year experience in IT roles; software, hardware, internet and system set up
Education: Diploma or Degree in information technology, computer science or related field
Duties & Responsibilities
- Install and update company software and hardware systems
- Provide IT technical support to company staff
- Computer maintenance and troubleshoot
- Sending proposal for computer replacements and relevant costs
- Assist in network administration both internet and intranet
- Facilitate network installation and configuration in all company network systems
- Modern security systems administration; biometric and fingerprint systems
- Evaluate existing network systems LAN & WAN, clouds networks, servers connection etc.
- Liaise with South Africa IT team for internet and computer solutions in the company
- Advise company on modern computers devices and systems
- Ensure whole company IT systems are functioning properly.
