Job Description
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for coordinating all phases of group meeting/banquet functions held in the lodge. This includes daily coordination of activities, assisting guests with program planning and menu selection, and maintaining the services and reputation of the lodge. The F&B Manager also acts as a management representative to group clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or a three-year diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or as a Banquet Supervisor.
- Demonstrated track record of success in previous positions.
