Job Description

We are currently looking for dynamic, and self-motivated Food and Beverage professionals who want to move their careers forward.

Ensure excellence service in the F&B outlets to deliver a consistently high standard of customer service. Maintain good customer relationship and handle all guest complaints, requests and enquiries on food, beverage and service.

  • Ensure high level of quality services are always delivered to guests within the Bar as per standards.
  • To ensure professional and friendly welcome to all guests at the Bars and Pool.
  • To anticipate and attend to guests always needs and ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
  • To ensure that guests are properly informed and guided regarding the choices available in terms of F&B services.
  • Keeps monthly inventory of equipment and utensils for control purposes.
  • Monthly analyses of costs and breakages and provide reports accordingly.
  • Increase sales figures by new sales channels by motivating and training service Team Members.
  • To promote incremental sales revenue for the bars.
  • Adhere to departmental operating expenses as laid out in the budgets/forecast.
  • Carry out active selling her/himself and place her/his Team Members under an obligation to carry out active selling to achieve budgeted sales.
  • Handling and monitoring of guest’s complaints and the relevant follow up action required.
  • To perform bar administrative tasks and rosters to the required proficiency level.
  • Ensures observance of health and sanitary regulations in bars by giving appropriate instructions to staff.
  • Control the cleaning of the bar and all equipment’s, tablecloths and accessories.

Skills

You should ideally have a degree in hospitality with previous experiences in the Front Office Department within a hotel. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and knowledge in an additional language, along with strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities are essentials. Computer literate and previous experiences with Opera are an advantage.
