Specific Knowledge
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in the profession, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding in accounts, taxes and reporting.

Main Duties
1. Responsible for Capex controls, AFE creation, reconciliations and verification
2. Recording fixed assets, monthly reconciliations, depreciation runs, disposals, write-offs, etc
3. Responsible for developing and maintaining internal controls for Capex and fixed assets and updates to accounting policies affecting fixed assets to management
4. Responsible for inventory management including daily and monthly production report postings and reviews,
5. Responsible for management of Quarterly stock-taking,
6. Responsible in preparation and review of financial statements,
7. Responsible for statutory Reporting; Preparation and Analysis of schedules for external and internal auditors
8. Supporting in Group reporting; Monthly Group reporting, Monthly FAFO, Quarterly forecast and Operating Plan
9. Perform other responsibilities as defined in the TPCPLC Financial Regulation
10. OSHA Compliance as per company and Statutory Requirements,
11. Compliance to HC Group code of Business conduct; compliance policies and guidelines.

Minimum Requirements (Qualifications)
1. Possession of a CPA qualification, with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
2. Proficiency in utilizing computing tools including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
3. Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
4. Thorough comprehension of International Accounting Standards and principles.
