Job Description
ECSA-HC is looking for a Manager, Knowledge Management, Monitoring and Evaluation to join the team at the Secretariat in Arusha, Tanzania. This position is open to nationals of ECSA-HC member states.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement M&E frameworks and systems.
- Ensure accurate and timely data collection.
- Support knowledge sharing and capacity building in M&E.
- Mobilize resources for M&E activities.
- Maintain electronic information management systems.
Qualifications
- Degree in relevant fields such as Economics, M&E, or Health Sciences.
- Postgraduate degree in Public Health, M&E, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Knowledge Management or M&E roles.
