As the Security Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets. Your responsibilities will include managing the security team, monitoring and addressing security incidents, conducting routine security assessments, and enforcing established security protocols and procedures. This position is essential for ensuring a secure and protected environment for all.

Job Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the security team to ensure efficient operations.

• Swiftly and effectively responding to any security breaches.

• Controlling access to restricted areas, ensuring only authorized personnel are admitted.

• Enhancing strategic skills and expertise in the application of security policies, protocols, and procedures.

• Managing contracted security services and conducting inspections of campsite areas and grounds to safeguard against intruders, theft, and other risks.

• Reconciling security logs with shift responsibilities to maintain thorough records and accountability.

Key Requirements:

• Proficient in supervisory practices, operations management, and effective communication.

• Experienced in physical security measures and safety protocols.

• Capable of handling security-related customer inquiries and concerns with a strong emphasis on customer service.

• Well-versed in various security systems and technologies.

• Skilled in analyzing security risks and devising strategic responses.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities to effectively manage and inspire the security team.

• Previous experience in the mining or industrial sector is advantageous but not required.
