Controller – Export Job Opportunity at C.Steinweg Bridge
Job Title: Controller – Export
Experience: At least 1 year full time experience export shipping logistics operation
Education: Diploma or Degree in logistics management, clearing and forwarding or related field
Duties & Responsibilities
- Control cargo export logistics operations,
- Ensure all export operations are performed properly in line with company procedure and applicable policies.
- Prepare and provide export operations reports to export manager
- Prepare and sending export status reports to export team, management, Client & South Africa team
- Manage export reports and ensure they are accurate
- Assist Export Manager with clarifications on accuracy of the report
- Ensure clients are timely informed on status of their shipments
- Schedule and attend calls & meetings with clients/customers
- Ensure shipping files are handled and cleared on time
- Prepare Creditors invoices
- Ensure creditors invoices are allocated to respective files and BOS system
- Assist billing officers in preparation of costing sheets for billing
