POSITION PURPOSE

  • Consumer & Trade Activation Support sub departments plans by Channel/Sub Channels and collaborate with Sales team to ensure optimal execution of the M&S plans

Main Areas of Responsibility

  • Support on POSM & PGA material management & effective tracking of POSM & PGA sourcing and production to increase speed to market and ensure materials are delivered in time and to quality for planned programs and activities.
  • Make regular follow up on installation of the POSM by the sales force at the point of sales. Manage, train and develop subordinates.Review merchandising investment strategy, capabilities and execution. Continuously do in-fielded assessment with Sales Force on POS deployments.
  • Assit on Plan, manage, coordinate and execute the Retail universe picture of success, tracking retail programs and support on time for execution and achievement of KPI’s.
  • Monitor the execution of 1-2-1 activation teams through continuous market visits and provide feedback and follow ups in timely manner
