Role Overview:
As a Consulting Associate – Claims Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in managing claims. Your responsibilities will include conducting inspections, assessments and investigations, liaising with various parties and providing expert advice to mitigate future losses.
Qualifications:
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and effective time management.
- Teamworking skills and commercial awareness.
- Integrity, professionalism, and resilience.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Certification in insurance and risk management required OR A degree in a related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.
- Mechanics certification is an added advantage.
