Job Description

Must have experience on the key responsibilities;

  • Visitor Handling,
  • Correspondence Management.
  • Visa, Work Permit, and Documentation: – Assist expatriate staff with visa applications, renewals, and cancellations. – Follow up on work permits, driving licenses, and national ID applications.
  • Business License Renewal and other regulatory authorities’ certificates eg. OSHA: – Monitor and ensure timely renewal of business license. – Maintain records of licenses and related documentation.
  • Office Infrastructure Management: – Oversee the maintenance and stock of office equipment, including computers, internet, chairs, desks, and other office supplies. – Conduct regular stock taking and inventory checks.
  • Office Cleanliness: – Ensure the general cleanliness and tidiness of the office environment. – Coordinate with cleaning staff or service providers as needed.
  • Statutory Payments: – Handle the submission of statutory payments, including NSSF, PAYE, SDL, and WCF. – Maintain accurate records of all submissions and payments.
